Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of 4 years of payroll and HR experience, including expertise in relevant country regulations and policies. Strong working knowledge of local tax authorities and payroll software solutions is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is a plus, and experience in multiple country jurisdictions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Expert will ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll in their region and other trained countries, prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, assess and improve rapid growth processes and procedures, stay informed of relevant regulatory changes, communicate those changes across teams, and work cross-functionally to provide payroll and HR expertise. They will also answer complex payroll and HR questions from employees and clients, and manage technology and external payroll providers.
